To honor the birth of Wyoming as a State and its special area code, we crafted a design fitting of the Greatness of this state and its iconic License Plates. The date sticker common on 1978 thru 1982 series plates says WYO1890 or 1890 - 7 - 10... Wyoming's Date of Statehood. The rest of the design is reminiscent of the 1983 to 87 or the 1978 to 82 designs with the fence on the bottom.
